My dog ate and vomited ibuprofen?

I got home after work today and my dog had jumped the baby gate and consumed an unknown amount of ibuprofen from a bottle on the kitchen counter. He apparently vomited it all up judging from the pile we discovered on the floor, he has a sensitive stomach and vomits on occasion anyway, but he has continued to vomit up anything he eats and he's acting listless and groggy. I am going to take him to the vet, but I can't afford to until tomorrow morning when I get paid. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to reduce the likelihood of him dying? He hasn't had diarrhea or bloody vomit/stools, just vomiting (if he eats) and the grogginess.
