Dog really hyper 1 day after neuter, I cant exercise him?

When he doesn't get exercise he is very vocal, hyper, and just a complete pain...he is still obedient but just kind of drives you nuts being around him. He was neutered yesterday and it hasnt even been 24 hours. He was really groggy and slow which was nice and he slept alot. This morning I woke up to him being crazier than ever which i'm sure is because he did not get a walk or run yesterday. I am supposed to limit his activity for 3 hours...how on earth am I going to do that?
