What will 180 mg of Lexapro at once do to me?

So... I'm stupid. I just tried attempting suicide and now I'm just getting to the "I am stupid, what should I do?" phase. I took nine 20mg pills of Lexapro and I'm starting to feel groggy and my hands sort of feel numb... will this kill me? what will this do to my health?
