Could I be pregnant? NEED HELP A.S.A.P!?

Getting off of birth control can do this to you. You can't feel pregnant yet because it takes at least a week for the sperm and egg to implant. The blood is break threw bleeding. That's normal. You could get pregnant since you didn't take the pills correctly. All you can do is wait 2 weeks and test.
