What do i do for my baby bird, please help this is an emergency...?

about two weeks ago i found an abandoned baby birds nest on my porch... Two babies fell out.leaving the biggest in the nest. She was starving so of course i have been feeding her. I have managed to keep her alive through prayer and soaked dog food in water with a pinch of sugaar and actually squeezing the water out of the food.. She has been doing good, she has now got her feathers. This morning when i went to feed her i noticed little black moving specs around her neck, she has really bad bird mites. I called local hospitals for animals and they told me of this ring thing to put in her nest, but i cannot find them and the one i found can cause cancer and is highly poisonous. Can someone out there tell me what to do for this baby bird. Her name is miracle. should i bathe her and put her in a homemade nest or what? And she has not ate today nor will she move around like usual... Please help!
