What are the best alternatives to Google Adsense for a webmaster?

I have a website at the moment and am using Adsense. So far no problems, but I'm aware a lot of people get there accounts banned, and I'd like to be aware of the alternatives to Adsense so I don't put all my eggs in one basket.
