Is it possible that a spider can bite you on your head?

when i fall asleep at night i always worry that a spider could bite me on top of my head and i wouldnt know it. mostly i worry about a poisonous spider like the black widow coming and biting me on my head and my skin splitting open and dying instantly..........lol im dramatic...but still..i worry
