I took 200mg ibuprofen/12.8mg codeine and an hour later 75mg difene mistakenly. How bad?

I got up groggy to take a paracetamol but the box looks much like the difene and I took the later. Is there much to worry about? GI problems (I took a Nexium right after just in case).
