I keep seeing a brownish small snake with yellow and brick red coloration?

I live in Nova and there aren't usually any poisonous snakes in the area, i keep looking it up, but i never see the same snakes on the internet i keep seeing. i thik its a common northern water snake but their pictures look totally different
