No he is not a stalker. Not until you have told him to leave you alone and then he doesn't. You need to grow a backbone. What if this guy wants to have sex with you or even marry you, are you just going to nod and lay down? If you are in college see if they have free counseling for students. You can also read books on how to be assertive. If you do not grow a backbone then your life will be about what everyone else wants. There is nothing wrong with saying no to people.
